Dear Soul, I know your pain, because I lived it!
For years, I felt lost. Not just in my mind, but in my body.
I carried wounds that ran deep. Wounds from my past, from sexual abuse, from relationships, from a world that never felt safe to fully be ME. I learned to survive. To hold it all together.
To be strong. To keep going.
But inside?
I was exhausted. Lonely. Disconnected from my own soul.
And then, I set foot on Hawaii. The moment I arrived, I felt something shift. I heard the whispering voice of The Aloha Spirit of Hawaii:
