General Terms and Conditions – Jane Mahalini Soul Embodiment & Mahalinis Productions

Article 1: Applicability

1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all current and future services provided by, offers, quotations, products, and agreements concluded with Jane Mahalini Soul Embodiment and Mahalinis Productions. 1.2. These terms are registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Rotterdam, Netherlands, under number 58763708. 1.3. Jane Haridat (born Jeane Theresia Haridat), also known as Jane Mahalini Haridat, as the owner of the aforementioned companies, reserves the right to amend these terms if necessary. 1.4. For legal and contractual purposes, Jane Haridat is the official name under which agreements are made. 1.5. If any provision of these terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Article 2: Definitions

2.1. Client: The person or entity that enters into an agreement with Jane Mahalini Soul Embodiment and Mahalinis Productions for services. 2.2. Contracting Party: The individual or entity responsible for ordering and paying for the services. The Client and Contracting Party may be the same but are not necessarily so. 2.3. Third Parties: In some cases, Jane Haridat may engage third parties to deliver services, retaining the right to change team compositions as necessary. 2.4. Total Agreement Value: The agreed-upon sum for the assignment, as stated in the signed contract, confirmation, or approved proposal, whether digital or in print.

Article 3: Services

3.1. Services include all online and offline sessions, retreats, training, workshops, programs, lectures, and love celebrations. 3.2. Sessions: One-on-one or group consultations, including Healing, Coaching, Family Constellations, Massages, and Readings. 3.3. Retreats: Spiritual journeys offered domestically and internationally, with at least two participants. 3.4. Workshops: Online or offline training sessions for individuals, groups, and couples. 3.5. Programs: Structured coaching, combining sessions, workshops, and retreats tailored for specific results. 3.6. Lectures: Public speaking engagements offered by Jane Haridat or upon invitation from third parties. 3.7. Love Celebrations: Wedding ceremonies, vow renewals, anniversaries, and other events celebrating love and commitment. For U.S. clients, these are symbolic in nature and do not serve as legally binding marriage ceremonies.

Article 4: Responsibilities and Liabilities

4.1. All engagements are on a best-effort basis, not a results-guarantee basis. 4.2. Clients remain solely responsible for their well-being and results following any session. 4.3. Jane Haridat does not diagnose or provide medical advice. She is not a licensed healthcare professional and does not replace medical practitioners. 4.4. Jane Haridat and her companies are not liable for any consequences resulting from services, including decisions made by the client.

Article 5: Agreements & Cancellations

5.1. Agreements are valid for a specified period and automatically terminate upon completion unless extended by Jane Haridat. 5.2. Full program commitment is required for optimal results. Partial participation is not permitted. 5.3. Agreements are valid upon verbal, written, or digital confirmation by the client. 5.4. Programs cannot be canceled once started. The full payment remains due even if the client decides to discontinue participation. 5.5. If Jane Haridat fails to meet her service commitments, the client may withdraw without further financial obligations. However, prior discussion is required. 5.6. For U.S. clients, cancellations and refunds are governed exclusively by these terms and not by U.S. consumer protection laws. Once a program has started, cancellations are not possible.

Article 6: Enrollment & Payments

6.1. Enrollment occurs via www.janemahalinisoulembodiment.com or www.mahalinisproductions.com, social media, or email (info@janeharidat.com). 6.2. Payments must be made via iDEAL, PayPal, or direct bank transfer. U.S. clients may also pay via Stripe, Venmo, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Transaction fees for international payments are the client’s responsibility. 6.3. Full payment is required before the service begins, unless otherwise agreed. 6.4. In the case of installment payments, all scheduled payments must be completed regardless of service discontinuation. 6.5. Non-payment after two reminders results in transfer to a debt collection agency, with additional costs borne by the client.

Article 7: Intellectual Property

7.1. All materials remain the exclusive property of Jane Haridat. 7.2. Purchase or download of materials does not transfer ownership, only usage rights. 7.3. No content may be copied, shared, or distributed without explicit written permission. 7.4. Recording of sessions is only permitted with prior written consent.

Article 8: Dispute Resolution

8.1. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mediation. 8.2. If mediation fails, disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. 8.3. For U.S. clients, all agreements remain governed by Dutch law. Any legal disputes will be resolved exclusively in the Netherlands unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Article 9: Privacy Policy (GDPR Compliance)

9.1. Jane Haridat handles personal data with care, using it solely for invoicing, communication, and customer relations. 9.2. Data is never shared with third parties without explicit consent.

Article 10: Special Provisions

10.1. Jane Haridat does not provide escort or erotic services. Any such requests will result in immediate termination of engagement. 10.2. Clients with severe psychiatric conditions must disclose their condition in advance. 10.3. Jane Haridat is not liable for damages due to withheld health information. 10.4. Disruptive participants may be removed from sessions, workshops, or retreats without refund. 10.5. Clients are responsible for any damages they cause to facilities or other participants.

By engaging with Jane Mahalini Soul Embodiment and Mahalinis Productions, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
